Shipping information
The Exact Rug offers free 6 week shipping to your location* Order values below $300 will incur a shipping surcharge applied at the cart.
We can normally reach most locations. However, if your property has restricted access such as a top-floor apartment, a gated property, a location on a narrow street, or any other factor that may impact shipping - please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best shipping method. Additional charges may apply if a non-standard courier service is required. If we determine that your destination requires special arrangements, we will contact you after you place your order.
Shipping Times
When your order is ready for ship, we will send you tracking details by email.
Standard shipments happen Monday-Friday, from 9AM to 5PM, with single-person shipping to your door. Items must be signed for upon receipt unless rugs are left in a safe place. Please see our returns page for more information. When opening the rug packaging, do not use a blade; instead, use scissors and cut away from you to avoid damaging the rug inside.
Customs & Duties
The Exact Rug will arrange and pay for any applicable import taxes before shipping your order. If in the unlikely event any additional customs fees are applied, please pay them, and we will reimburse you promptly.
